Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 5 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is run by Jovana Stojković PR, Arhitektonski biro AD ASTRA, Petrovaradin, Serbia. In this policy, AD ASTRA, we and us refer to the atelier, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: office@ad-astra-architecture.com.

2. Data we collect

When you visit the site

If you accept analytics cookies, the site uses Google Analytics to count visits: which pages are opened, roughly where visitors come from and what kind of device they use. It does not show us who you are, and if you do not accept, it is not loaded at all. The site uses no advertising tools. The server that hosts the site keeps standard technical logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. They are used only to keep the site secure and running, and are kept for a limited period.

When you write to us

We receive what you send: your name, email address, your message and any files you attach.

When you book a consultation

Bookings are made through Calendly. We receive your name, email address, the time you choose and your answers to the booking questions. The consultation is paid in advance, against an invoice we send by email, by bank transfer or by card through PayPal. Card payments are handled by PayPal; we do not see or store your card details.

When we work together

For an offer or a project we keep what is needed to do the work and to issue invoices: names, contact details, the address of the property, drawings and correspondence.

3. Cookies

The site sets cookies only if you accept analytics. Google Analytics then stores its cookies in your browser, and your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. The booking calendar, provided by Calendly, loads only when you click Choose a time. Calendly then sets its own cookies, and so may the services it uses, such as Stripe for payments and Google reCAPTCHA against spam. The details are in the Cookie Policy.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data based on:

  • your consent, given when you accept analytics cookies or open the booking calendar;
  • steps you ask us to take before a contract, and the contract itself: answering you, the consultation, the offer and the project;
  • our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting and tax records;
  • our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

5. Data sharing

Your data is shared only with the services we use to run the site and the atelier: the provider that hosts this site and our email, Google for visit statistics if you accept analytics cookies, Calendly for bookings, our bank and PayPal for payments, and, for a project, the engineers who work on it with us. Each service processes your data under its own privacy policy, including any transfer outside Europe under the safeguards described there.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to others.

6. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence and booking details as long as needed to answer you and to carry out the consultation or the project, and project and accounting records for as long as the law requires.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • object to or restrict processing, and receive your data in a portable form;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise your rights, please contact us at office@ad-astra-architecture.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or in Serbia to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date.
